As an owner of a business, I continually look for ways to improve efficiency. PAS allows me to remove waste in more ways than just efficient travel. For example, my employees have fewer overnight trips away from their families, which is one of many things that helps me maintain a happier and more productive team with less turnover, fewer missed work days, etc. PAS is as critical to me running a thriving business as having the lights on in the office, computers that work, and ergonomic and comfortable work stations.
PAS has been a great supplement to our existing flight department. There are many missions where the jets at PAS are much more economical than our larger aircraft. We looked at purchasing additional aircraft to fill this gap, but after crunching the numbers, found that using PAS was significantly more economical.
