QUESTIONS ABOUT PRIVATE AIR SERVICE? ASK PRIVATE AIRSHARE
Private aviation memberships are to frequent travelers what country clubs are to active, social families—a better way to manage and enjoy your experience. We achieve the highest level of service by asking how we can create an ideal flight experience for you, and also by answering any questions you may have about the benefits of being Miles Ahead with Private AirShare.
In a word—efficiency. With Private AirShare, schedules and services are completely tailored to your needs. This saves valuable time and ensures your safety and comfort every step of the way.
A small fee allows you to go on a demo flight without entering into a contract with Private AirShare—just meet our team and experience the elevated comfort and style we offer every member, every time, on board our luxury Cessna Citation Mustang jets. Contact us or complete a request form to schedule your test flight.
Of course—we welcome your well-mannered, four-legged friends. Many small dogs and cats have flown with us and enjoyed fewer restrictions than are necessary on crowded commercial flights.
We work with our members to accommodate any necessary changes, but appreciate 48-hour notice to maximize our efficiency and availability to others.
There is no limit on the number of bags you can bring, or the weight of a single piece, however the total weight of all luggage per flight cannot not exceed 800 pounds. There are never any additional fees, even for large items like skis or golf clubs, which are easily secured in long, external storage tubes.
Air travel in general is very safe, as aircraft of all sizes and pilot certifications are strictly regulated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). But flying with Private AirShare eliminates many of the unknowns and risks of using busy airports and traveling with strangers. We offer a more controlled environment for your comfort and peace of mind.
We only limit items that could present a danger to you in flight, or those regulated by FAA guidelines. We will provide specific, current information to you as part of your membership agreement, but encourage you to ask us about any unusual items.
A typical flight on our jet will be flown by a single, highly experienced and capable pilot who has a minimum of 2,000 hours, first class medical and commercial pilot certificates, and is type-rated in Citation Mustangs. A co-pilot is available upon request if you would feel more comfortable with an extra level of operational safety.
